Our staff and our aims
Our Directors and senior managers have over 15 years of combined and progressive experience in the field of parking enforcement and management.  Our professional, well-trained staff take pride in delivering customised solutions for our clients. Our primary aim is to provide a professional, value for money, tailor-made service that consistently meets our clients’ needs and expectations, regardless of the size and nature of their operation.
Over the years, we have honed our knowledge and understanding of the various problems our clients face from parking abuse. With this in mind, we have developed a diagnostic tool that helps us to gain an in-depth appreciation of our clients’ specific challenges and requirements. Once we have fully appreciated a client’s position, we adopt a bespoke approach, fully cognisant of the fact that one size does not fit all! This client-centered, problem-solving approach has proved very popular and sets us apart from many other parking enforcement agencies.

Euro Parking Services provides on-street and off-street car park management, for both the public and private sectors. The size of the car parks we manage ranges from 1 to 2000+ parking spaces.
We also manage and operate car parks for local and public authorities; retail and leisure parks; supermarkets; shopping centres; hotels; institutional leasing of multi-Storey car parks; basement, surface and rooftop structures; as well as our own leased and owned sites.
Euro Parking Services is registered with the DVLA, and we abide by the IPC code of practice, as members of the International Parking Community – a regulatory body for the car parking industry. This ensures that we operate our business in a lawful, ethical and fair manner. We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) for data compliance purposes. This means we are able to request registered keepers’ details from the DVLA to enforce any parking charges that remain unpaid.
Our Enforcement Officers, who are our front line team, are helpful to the public and are well-versed in problem-solving techniques. Their approach is always professional, and they are trained to adopt a gentle, non-confrontational manner.
In addition to the external codes of conduct that we are obliged to follow, we also have our own internal code of conduct to ensure excellence in providing our parking operations.
We are accredited by a number of bodies, whose main remit is to ensure that we observe standards that have been set for us.
